1. General Refund Policy
We strive to provide excellent service and ensure your satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our consulting and development services.
2. Consultation Services
Free Discovery Calls
Free discovery calls are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refunds as no payment is required.
Paid Consultation Sessions
Full Refund Available If:
- Session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Technical issues prevent the session from occurring
- Service does not meet the agreed-upon scope
No Refund If:
- Session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance
- Client fails to attend the scheduled session
- Session is completed as agreed
3. Project-Based Services
Development Projects
Refunds for development projects are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the project stage:
Before Project Start (100% Refund)
Full refund if project is cancelled before any work begins.
During Development (Partial Refund)
Refund amount based on work completed and project stage. Typically 50-80% of remaining work.
After Delivery (No Refund)
No refund after project delivery unless there are significant defects not meeting specifications.
4. Digital Products
Digital products (templates, code libraries, etc.) are generally non-refundable due to their nature. However, refunds may be considered if:
- Product is significantly different from description
- Product is defective or non-functional
- Refund is requested within 7 days of purchase
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order/booking reference number
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 10 business days
6. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by providing additional documentation or evidence. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes.
8. Exceptions
This refund policy does not apply to:
- Services provided by third-party vendors
- Custom work that has been specifically requested and approved
- Work that has been delivered and accepted by the client
- Refunds requested more than 30 days after service completion
